Last updated: January 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the ChromeFlow SaaS application ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChromeFlow. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of service and account security
ChromeFlow provides automated management tools for Google Workspace Chromebook devices. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Admin credentials.
- All activities that occur under your domain authorization.
- Ensuring that your use of the service complies with Google’s own terms of service and acceptable use policies.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service.
- Any movement or archival of devices within your Google Workspace environment resulting from the automation rules you configured.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChromeFlow and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
The service is provided on a subscription basis. All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.
7. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChromeFlow is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
