1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services (ChromeFlow, VouchFlow, and related tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide cloud-based automation and security auditing tools for Google Workspace. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Workspace administrative access. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful activities.

4. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of our tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms.
